Wii Fit

Wii Fit turns video gaming into a cardiovascular tour de force.

Another crazy Nintendo idea that works. You'll need time and dedication if you want to reap any real benefits to your health, but even if you fail you'll have some fun along the way.

Mario Kart Wii

Mario Kart gets the Wii treatment with new vehicles and classic course. Is it a crowning glory or a nostalgic disappointment?

Selection of courses new and old. Motorbikes available. Wii wheel control

Overzealous power-up AI. Too many boost opportunities. No free-for-all in battle mode

Wii Sports Resort review

Wii Sports Resort is more than just a game: it's the sequel to the phenomenally successful Wii Sports, and marks the debut of Nintendo's MotionPlus accessory.

Although time will tell whether it achieves the same phenomenal success of the original, Wii Sports Resort has the great same mix of innovation and accessibility. Much like how you marveled at the first swing of the bat in Wii Sports, tossing your...

First look: Wii Sports Resort

Recently at the E3 2008 games expo in Los Angeles, PC Advisor got to take a look at two upcoming Nintendo Wii Series games - Wii Sports Resort and Wii Music. Here's our first look at Wii Sports Resort.

It's difficult to come to a firm verdict on Wii Sports Resort without seeing the final build and - crucially - the pricing. But the early signs are good.

Nintendo Wii Fit review

Nintendo Wii Fit is the fitness regime designed for couch potatoes.

For those who are fairly sporty anyway, the Wii Fit may end up more of a check and balance device rather than a full-on trainer as it seems not to have endurance tests and actively slowed us down when jogging. For all that, it's a brilliant idea. Wii...

Wii Fit Plus review

It's no wonder Wii Fit has been one of the biggest successes for Nintendo. It's attracted non-gamers to the Wii, yet the balance board's ability to pick up on your weak leg, or tendency to lean on one side has always made it tantalisingly difficult to...

There's something so great about creating a Mii for your dog or baby and getting fit

It gets you healthy, but oh the effort, it's more knackering than you think at first

A great follow up to a classic title

Nintendo - Wii Fit Plus

You always know when Christmas is coming because alongside all the TV ads suddenly including snow and sleigh bells (usually from about September), all the women's magazines start asking their readers how they plan to lose ...

It was perhaps too much to hope that the improvements in this Wii Fit upgrade would be perfectly balanced but the chance to customise your exercise routine, check on your calorie count and flap your arms like a chicken make it worth the wait.

Nintendo - Wii Sports Resort

Following a period of unmitigated hype, it feels as though the release of the Wii MotionPlus has ended in something of an anti-climax. This is a lot to do with the fact that Nintendo's showcase title ...

Wii owners can finally get a proper taste of the MotionPlus with Sports Resort and we're pleased to say that it won't disappoint. Expect to see a swathe of full titles that expand on the more impressive activities, such as Swordplay, Archery and Table...
