Michael Jackson: The Experience – Wii ReviewPosted on March 4, 2011 | 1 CommentMichael Jackson: The Experience aims to be one thriller of a title as it makes it appearance on the Wii.

My friend got this for Christmas. It is indeed a special kind of pants.

Michael Jackson: The Experience

When you think Michael Jackson one of the first things you probably imagine is the late artist's versatile voice, popular and much loved hits, but the “King of Pop” also had as many dance moves at his disposal. From the iconic moonwalk to the twists,...

Michael Jackson The Experience

Despite the inclusion of some great songs and routines, this bare-bones dancing game's flaky motion controls prevent it from being a thriller.

Games review – Michael Jackson: The Experience is bad

The King of Pop lives on in a new game from the makers of Just Dance, but is this a respectful homage or a disappointing cash-in?

There may be some odd inclusions but most of the more obvious songs are included. Perfectly good party fun if you don't care that the controls don't work

Motion controls are as inaccurate as ever, if not more so. No real extra content, no career mode and very little celebration of MJ outside the songs themselves

As poorly named game as there's ever been, since this doesn't recreate the experience of Jacko's music or life - just a few motion-controlled dance moves.

Michael Jackson The Experience

It's not a particularly responsive game, especially compared to the technically superior Dance Central but for what it is, Michael Jackson: The Experience is an enjoyable one.

If you've played Just Dance then you'll know the drill. You stand in front of the screen, rhythmically waving a Wii Remote about in an attempt to replicate the moves of the onscreen dancer. In this case, of course, it's a Michael Jackson look-alike,...

Michael Jackson: The Experience Review

Michael Jackson: The Experience is the first of many MJ themed games to see a release, and more will be coming- how does this dancing simulator work out?

Fun with friends ; Plenty of songs ; Good game to get girls playing

Some weird songs ; Way too hard ; Constrained by wiimote

Personally, I don’t think that "Michael Jackson: The Experience" is a particularly technically competent game. It's way too hard, some of the songs seem like odd choices, and the whole concept is massively limited by the fact that you just use the...

Michael Jackson: The Experience

I'm not much of a dancer, and yet dancing games can be a lot of fun. I have very little experience with Ubisoft's immensely popular Just Dance series, but even what I have played doesn't help show the appeal. Michael Jackson: The Experience is...

Nice selection of classic Michael Jackson tracks; can be fun with friends

The entire structure of the game is based on the movement of your right hand, which is less dancing and more waggle

Michael Jackson The Experience Review

Despite the inclusion of some great songs and routines, this bare-bones dancing game's flaky motion controls prevent it from being a thriller.

Great tracklist ; Excellent choreography ; Fun with friends

No career mode ; No way to download new tracks ; Not a lot of fun on your own ; Inaccurate motion controls

Since it lacks a career mode, sensible unlockables, or even any music videos, this isn't so much an "experience" as it's a simplistic dance offering. Nevertheless, despite the bare-bones package, there's lots of fun to be had performing the excellently...

Michael Jackson: The Experience

Who's bad? (at dancing, that is)

As for longevity, once you’ve worked your way through the entire track list and unlocked all the extras, the only real incentive to continue playing is to improve on previous scores, or perhaps spring it on some unsuspecting mates at your next soirée....

He is the legendary King of Pop! In this game, players step into the shoes of Michael Jackson himself and re-live his most iconic performances through their own singing and dancing. The game includes the most famous tracks from Michael Jackson's...
