If you want to be bored out of your skull then rent this game, otherwise avoid it like the plague on a stormy day. Awful game, can't do anything unless you have a 'friends roster'

Hey, don't I know you from somewhere else?
Animal Crossing is still great but this is a very stingy next-gen update.

animal crossing: let's go to the city review: Let's go to the City offers more of the same Animal Crossing gameplay that you know and love, with the emphasis on "same".
Some genuinely amusing dialogue and characters, Stocking the town museum is satisfying, Great fun to play in short bursts
A few characters repeat the same dialogue ad infinitum, Dearth of new content, Date and time dictate your progression
Let's go to the City offers more of the same Animal Crossing gameplay that you know and love, with the emphasis on "same".

An excellent choice for newcomers to the series; for long-time fans it's a bit like watching a remake of your favourite classic movie: predictable, with no major surprises in store... but certainly no less enjoyable than the original.
Inclusion of the Wii Speak microphone is a great concept that will enhance the game's social appeal; despite remaining largely unchanged since its inception, the game remains as addictive as ever
No noteworthy improvements or innovation shown in graphics or content; could have done without the on-screen pointer
New platform, same old scenario.
