Dell's incredibly cheap S2409W 24in 1,920x1,080 monitor has a feature we've never seen before: LCD conditioning.
This is a smart, practical full HD monitor with an excellent control menu, but you can get a better display for less if you're willing to settle for a slightly smaller screen.
