The BenQ XL2420G is a feature-rich 24-inch gaming monitor that uses Nvidia's G-Sync technology, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a speedy pixel response to deliver an outstanding gaming experience.

G-Sync enabled. Great gaming performance. Loaded with features.

Expensive. Narrow viewing angles.

Conclusion There's a lot to like about the BenQ XL2420G. Its delivers bold colors, good gray-scale reproduction, and most importantly, outstanding gaming performance. When paired with a PC equipped with a compatible Nvidia graphics engine it provides...

BenQ XL2420G G-Sync gaming monitor Review

We've been using the BenQ XL2420G G-Sync monitor for the past several weeks and can safely say - without a doubt - this is easily one of the finest gaming monitors on the market. While we first said goodbye to V-sync forever all the way back in...

Is this the greatest gaming monitor in the history of the world? Depending on your PC, it certainly could be. There are bigger and more impressive gaming monitors out there – G-Sync included, but at this price point and quality, BenQ here hits a G-Sync...

BenQ XL2420G G-Sync Monitor Review

Even though FreeSync is starting to appear, G-Sync is still the go-to tech for gamers seeking an image free of frame-tearing. Today we're checking out BenQ's latest feature-laden display – the 24-inch XL2420G.

Build quality • Color accuracy • G-Sync • Independent settings for Classic and G-Sync modes • Refresh rate • S-Switch • Sharpness

Blur reduction • Gamma performance • Price

The BenQ XL2420G delivers everything a hardcore gamer could wish for. Even though it uses a TN panel, it’s a high-quality part that delivers excellent contrast and color accuracy. Aside from a slight hiccup in our gamma test, it easily meets all our...

2nd Monitor Very Happy

This 2nd monitor has none of those issues... It's perfect. Well worth the price. I was torn and wanted to get the Acer 1440p G Sync display, but I didn't want to gamble with the bad QC everyone was experiencing. So I bought this one instead. Sure the...

No dead pixels, Adjustable stand, Matte bezel, Uniform, Crisp and Vibrant image

My first monitor was from the September 2014 batch and had a number of issues. Dead Pixel, Power button didn't function correctly, 3D light kept coming on and off, scan lines, heavy flickering, unsmooth g sync, pink and green tint on top and bottom of...

The best monitor I've ever owned. I'm buying a second one today.

- Instructions were a little hard to read, but assembly was easy. - Plug ins are on the bottom side of the monitor, so it's a bit annoying to plug everything in (do this before you mount it!). - Make sure your video card is supported before buying this...

Fantastic configuration options ; Beautiful G-Sync ; Comes with a DisplayPort cable ; Blue light reduction feature ; Very crisp display ; Looks sharp on my desk, very easy to maneuver ; USBs were on the left, very easy for my desk

One time I turned the display on after coming home from work and it had a very fuzzy picture. I had to reboot the computer to fix it but haven't seen the issue since. I'm guessing it was drivers

Simply awesome

The handle is as strudy as it gets ; Gsync is awesome, obviously ; The white are stellar compared to my secondary monitor ; Everything ; 144hz vs 60hz is like night and day. Motion blur be gone

It makes my second monitor look like a 50$ piece of garbage ; The price

Great Monitor!

Not really a con but Gsync is only supported through display port. Which means if you have a mini display port you will need a adapter from mini display to display port..

This monitor has some really nice color detail. The monitor it replaced was the acer g60 which had a fixed height on it, this monitor is so easy to adjust for perfect line of sight i love it ; You don't realize you have screen tearing until you don't....

The controller for the monitor does not seem to work when using the Gsync engine, which is not a huge problem because there is a touch menu on the front of the bezel

Best monitor you can get for an FPS shooter

If you are a hardcore FPS gamer like me (I play Battlefield 4 only), you cannot go wrong with this monitor at all.

Ok ok, I realize the Asus' PG278Q monitor has a slight advantage with it's higher 1440p resolution, HOWEVER, it is constantly sold out and there have been multiple reports of atrocious quality control issues. Personally I decided to wait on that. Benq,...

The only con of this monitor is the price and even then it's $200 cheaper than the Asus PG278Q and Acer's 4k G-SYNC monitor
