AOC Q2963PM 29″ UWHD MyMulti-Play AH-IPS Monitor Review

Super wide 21:9 aspect ratio, Wide range of display connections available including MHL-HDMI and DP-out, Ultra thin bezel, AH-IPS panel with great colour reproduction, VESA mountable, PIP and PBP input modes

No height adjustment, USB hub would be a welcome addition

When I first got this panel in to have a look at, I didn’t honestly know what to make of it. Considering that it is far from the typical 16:10 and 16:9 aspect ratios that we have been very much used to for a number of years now, having a panel that is...

AOC Q2963Pm review - Impressive ultra-wide 29in display with 2560px resolution

29in LCD screen with LED backlighting and a high image resolution

Ultra-wide 29in display, good screen brightness and colour consistency, stylish cabinet and good selection of interfaces, quick refresh rate, very good value

Below par brightness and contrast, some wayward colours, stand is very short and doesn’t rotate, not much vertical resolution

Brightness consistency was very good, with the bottom right side corner being the only area of much difference, the worst part being 6.2% dimmer at 100% Brightness and at 50% Brightness there was only one area at 3.5% dimmer.Colour uniformity was good,...

AOC Q2963PM

The AOC Q2963PM brings ultra-wide display capabilities to your desktop at an affordable price.

Affordable. Good color and grayscale performance. Lots of video ports.

Limited adjustability. Weak vertical viewing angle. No USB ports.

If you require a dual monitor setup but don't have the room on your desktop, the AOC Q2963PM is a good bet. It offers good color and grayscale performance, loads of video inputs, and multiple monitor support. And, it's reasonably priced. That said, a...

AOC Q2963PM 29" 21:9 UltraWide IPS LED Monitor Review

The AOC Q2963PM is an ultra-wide, 29" IPS LED Monitor with a 21:9 aspect ratio. The only problem is the price. At $500, it certainly isn't cheap and you could easily pay less for two 16:9 monitors.

Extra Wide ; Very bright ; Dual source capable ; Innovative mounting/stand options

Must use PC input for dual source ; Doesn't scale/letterbox ; Many connections visible when wall mounted ; Pricy

AOC Q2963PM 29" 21:9 Super Wide Screen HD Monitor Preview

The AOC Q2963PM has a extreme aspect ratio (21:9) with a 29" diagonal measurement. With a ton of features, the AOC Q2963PM is a display that will do equally well with entertainment and work duties.

The AOC Q2963PM has a extreme aspect ratio (21:9) with a 29" diagonal measurement. But instead of just giving you a lot of screen space and letting you figure out what to do with it, AOC has really packed the Q2963PM with features. With their Screen+...

AOC Q2963PM Monitor Review: 2560x1080 Is A New Way To Play

2560x1080 is an unusual resolution for a computer monitor. Does it change the way we work? We spent some time with AOC's new Q2963PM to find out. With some unique features on-board, we're more than curious to see what makes this radical new display tick.

Review Roundup: Get a bigger picture with an ultrawide 29-inch display

This display isn't as accurate as some other ultra-wide displays we've tested, but it's also priced much lower than professional-grade monitors.

Very good off-axis viewing ; Crisp and clean text

Subpar speakers ; Limited ergonomic flexibility ; Whites have a yellowish tinge

All four of these displays performed well overall. For folks who want to use an extrawide screen to handle multimedia, the LG 29EA93P, with its decent built-in speakers, would be the best choice. The NEC EA294WMi delivers the most accurate colors and...
