No front camera ; Boxy design ; Small screen

Value is the focus of this entry-level smartphone. The low cost and good battery life are offset by a poor camera and slow UI, but at the price it's hard to complain.

Exactly how much smartphone can you buy for $69? With a 4-inch screen and Android Jelly Bean, the Smart 4 Mini proves it might be more than you think.

You you already own a more expensive smartphone, you might consider the VS4M a cost-effective Wi-Fi modem. Like all Androids, the phone can be used an internet hotspot for up to 5 devices, and at this price, there are few cheaper.
