When it comes to data and voice, the MDA Vario is trying to offer the best of both worlds.

Surprisingly though, I found myself getting used to the constant function button presses to obtain the desired characters - with a coma requiring a press of the function key I had no choice but to get used to it. On the plus side, the keys do glow blue...

If the MDA Pro is too big and feature filled for you, this is a decent alternative

Falling awkwardly between being a dedicated business mobile and a feature packed consumer handset, the MDA Vario II remains a serious contender in both camps. If you have a real need for speed in a small package, you'll be hard pressed to find better.

a bit outdated and cumbersome

 

I've had this phone for over a year now and although it has a lot of features it is a bit clunky and slow to load. It has the advantage of being able to use Co-pilot sat nav but because its now a bit old and there is newer technology it s a bit outda...
