Too many input options ; interface isn't finger-friendly enough
The Sony Ericsson W960i is very close to being a fantastic phone. Audio quality from the music player is excellent and on paper it has some great features. Unfortunately, when you're using it, it just doesn't feel as good as it could be

As a music player it works well, especially with that 8GB of storage, but the W960i seems to fall short in many areas: control is a significant issue, the OS is slow to respond at times, and the lack of a 3.5mm headphone socket is inconvenient.
