Get past the music and video features and the phone is rather basic. Great if that's all you want.

I had this phone as Valentine gift in a Best for both plan.I love the phone and its features are fantastic. I changed the service from O2 with new pay plan which is working out great for both of us so far.

Picture resolution is gret. Music sound is fantastic. I love the sliding quality and its save with auto lock sepcially with kids

Video conferencing is difficult as to keep the phone opposite to you.It shoud have a camera to rotate or on on opposite side. No headset port for better quality of listeing ..

mines broke on me. had it less than a month. this is the second w595 i have had due to them breaking. this brakeage, i didn't do anything, slid my fone up and my screen was orange and pixalated, and then when i turned it on and off, the screen went backw...

-really load sound quality for the size ov the fone -screens really bright/bold/colourful till it breaks -good to text on.

everything i have stated really and no flash (N)
