Sony Ericsson T707 Review

"The Sony Ericsson T707 include a 3.2-megapixel camera and a music player which comes with MegaBass and TrackID."

Other features of the Sony Ericsson T707 include a 3.2-megapixel camera and a music player which comes with Sony Ericsson music phone standards such as MegaBass and TrackID. Access to the PlayNow music store is also included. The Sony Ericsson T707's...

Sony Ericsson T707 mobile phone

Underneath its flashy lights and colours, the T707 mobile phone offers nothing remotely new or exciting

Attractive front finish, external display, gesture controls, light effects, TrackID, A2DP Bluetooth

No new or exciting features, glossy finish attracts fingerprints, build quality, keypad spacing, no 3.5mm headphone jack

Sony Ericsson's T707 isn't a bad mobile phone, but it offers nothing to get excited about. This is yet another typical Sony Ericsson handset, with a feature set and interface that are all too familiar.

Sony Ericsson T707 review: Off it glows

Sony Ericsson T707 is a new addition to the T-series but it's nothing like the T-series as you know them. Not only is it the first flip in the bunch, it also has a different brief than virtually any other T-series handset...

Quad-band GSM and 3G with HSDPA support ; 3.15 megapixel camera with Cell-ID geotagging ; 2.2" 256K-color TFT display with 240 x 320 pixels resolution ; Secondary monochrome external display (36 x 128 pixels) ; Scratch-resistant surface for both...

Camera doesn't have auto focus or LED flash ; Low-res video recording (QVGA@15fps) ; External display not legible in sunlight ; Keyboard lacks adequate typing feedback (might be changed in final product) ; The light effects are too dim (might be...

The front of the Sony Ericsson T707 is where rainbows are made - the exterior is surely an eye catcher. The light effects it offers are a way to add a bit of individuality integrated with practical functionality - the two circular elements on the front...

Sony Ericsson T707

Call us shallow but we like the little T707 for its body, not for its brains. This sexy handset is great at the basics, but lacks any techy extras.

Sexy design ; Nifty external light notifications ; Well spaced keypad ; Good basic calling and messaging

No 3.5mm adapter ; No Wi-Fi or GPS ; Poorly positioned charging socket ; RRP is overpriced

Sony Ericsson T707

This is a glossy device with a number of different lighting effects and an a bold, circular sweep on the outside the surrounds the small external display. In design terms, there is a lot of the Z750 and Z780 in this phone, and it is perhaps a little...

Sony Ericsson T707

The Sony Ericsson T707 is the latest addition to the T-series but is very different from its predecessors. Codenamed Elle, the Sony Ericsson T707 is a fashionable breath of fresh air being the first flip phone in the series. According to one of the...

Sony Ericsson T707

Looks great, really long battery life and easy to use. I like the additional features this phone has compared to my previous motorolla. The sound quality is really good and it seems to be able to pick up and maintain a strong signal easier than my...

The buttons on the keypad make it hard to text fast. They need quite hard pressing and also because they are quite spaced out it makes it quite difficult for ur thumb to reach the buttons quickly (or at least as quick as my previous phone)
