Sharp GX20

Sharp's GX20 is the latest version of the popular GX10 model, with a bigger screen, better camera and more improved keypad. We make some calls to see if Sharp has finally cracked the problems that plagued the GX10.

Better screen, camera and keyboard; Live! has own button

Still no Bluetooth to accompany its three bands

Overall this phone is an improvement on the GX10i. The screen is bigger, the navigation easier and the camera better. However the GX20 is larger and still lacking Bluetooth. This is becoming the de facto standard for the business user on the move. As...

The Sharp GX20 operates on the Vodafone Live service, and replaces the Sharp GX10. The clamshell mobile has the same sleek look as the GX10, and basically has the same features but slightly improved.

Sharp GX-20 review

Mobile Burn has posted a review of the Sharp GX-20. Although the phone has gotten markedly little press, it's a quite impressive device. It won major points for the quality of its screen (240x320) and camera. Here's a run down...

Easy on the budget, and you'll even have a flashlight at the same time. The battery's very good, will last up to 220 hours (standby) and 3 hours (talk time). Don't forget the ultra-high 65,000 colour resolution. Impressive and simply catching.

An improved version of the GX10/GX10i phone they had eons ago. It has a great camera resolution of 310,000 pixels, mimicking a megapixel-type of digital camera on the market. It can even zoom up to 4x digitally. Since it can connect via infrared modem,...

Looks too skinny, possible to slip out of your hands while you're on the phone or texting. The polyphonic's limited to 16 voice tones, only.
