Gravity Smart

In this age of ever-expanding screen real estate, dual-core processors, and 3D cameras, the push to pack more features into every smartphone seems an irresistible force. But this technological ratcheting-up effect isn't absolute, and in fact, there are...

Handsome handset ; Good battery life ; Solid screen viewing angles

Laggy performance ; Sloppy slider hinge ; No Gingerbread

Throw in a sub-$100 price and comely exterior, and you've got a recipe for a decent entry-level Android smartphone.

Samsung Gravity T SGH-T669 (T-Mobile)

The Samsung Gravity T gives budget-minded T-Mobile subscribers a combination touch screen and QWERTY device, but the Gravity 3 is the better pick overall.

Excellent keyboard. Built-in free and paid GPS options. Sharp camera. Good battery life.

Sluggish touch screen interface. Mediocre call quality. Hissy music playback.

Multimedia, Camera, and Conclusions As with the Gravity 3, music playback isn't the T's strength. My 16GB SanDisk card worked fine in the microSD slot, which is hidden underneath the battery cover. There's no regular headphone jack; the Gravity T only...

Samsung Gravity T - steel (T-Mobile) review

The Samsung Gravity brand has changed quite a bit since its debut in 2008 as a simple messaging phone for T-Mobile . As further incarnations came along, the Gravity handset improved--the Gravity 2 added 3G and GPS, while the Gravity 3 has a slightly...

The Samsung Gravity T is good-looking touch-screen messaging phone with nice interface elements like TouchWiz widgets, a Command bar of shortcuts, an etiquette pause, and more. It has a decent set of multimedia features, 3G, and great call quality.

The Samsung Gravity T's keyboard is a bit flatter than we would like.

The Samsung Gravity T is overall a great messaging phone option for those who want a full touch-screen experience combined with a simple yet functional multimedia feature set.

Samsung Gravity T

The Samsung Gravity T is a GSM slider that offers some significant improvements over the Gravity 3, including an overall smaller size, a touch screen, customizable home screen options and a WebKit-based browser. The slide-out full QWERTY keyboard is...

Samsung T669 Gravity T

I got this phone just recently… I think it's great! The box didn't come with a User Manual (must download it from Internet) or any USB Data cable, so I was concerned how I was going to transfer ringtones and pictures to this phone…I found out that you...

Great Texting Phone

All in all it's a lovely phone for people who just want to text or call people. For those who want to play games, listen to music, or use the internet, it's not the ideal phone.

Long Battery Life Easy to text people Easy to call

Pictures aren't the best (Expected for this type of phone )Even if your finger's only slightly wet, touchscreen won't respond Keys are flat. Takes a while to delete items

After one year, it hardly works.

When I first got it a year ago, I was very happy with it. It worked splendidly, with just a little lag (as expected), for a month. Then it began to slow down, and the screen started to deteriorate. Now, the center of the screen is warped, and responds...

Gets the basics down Keyboard easy to use High calling quality Okay camera (+ image editing) Long battery life (3-4 days if you don't use it often)

Horrible screen Lag Broke easily Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't Very soft vibrate

"Slow and laggy."

This phone was given to me by a co-worker simply because he didn't need it, and I was still using the Samsung Comeback(a 3 year old phone) and was craving something new. I love Samsung phones, and was super excited to test it out. Honestly, I'm ready...

3 customisable home screens, custom alert sounds, individual contact profiles

Laggy, freezes regularly, SLOW, SLOW, SLOW, missed call notification will not go away until you've called that # back(this is an issue with every Samsung I've owned and I HATE it)
