Samsung Strive review:

Samsung got an early start on CTIA 2010 when it introduced the Samsung Strive and Sunburst a week before the show began. The two handsets take a different approach to the still-hot messaging-phone trend. The Sunburst has only a touch screen, but the...

The Samsung Strive has a comfortable, user-friendly design. Performance is agreeable, and you get a fair number of features.

The Samsung Strive's camera lacks a flash, and the phone's internal memory is low.

The Samsung Strive is one of Samsung's better messaging phones. And it offers a few new features.

Samsung Strive Review

The Samsung Strive SGH-A687 is a mid-range messaging phone with good performance and some of the desirable features of a smartphone and all within your budget. Lets take a look at each of its features in detail.

The Samsung Strive is one of the company’s best quality messaging phones priced reasonably at just $19.99 with a two-year contract and $169.99 without any contract. In short, if you are in need of a mid-range messaging phone with decent features and...

Sydney's Samsung Strive review

What's good: Full QWERTY keyboard with rubbery keys make typing and sending messages easy and quick; free trial to XM Satellite Radio; app switching functionality; low price. What's bad: No touchscreen; had problems with finding my GPS signal; no...

The Samsung Strive is a basic messaging phone with a great QWERTY keyboard. It lacks a touchscreen, which is probably one reason why the price is so low - $19.99 after rebates with a new contract. Though you may find yourself wishing it was a...

I hate this phone! Don't get this phone!

This phone was great when I first got it for Christmas. After a couple months, it was freezing while I was trying to delete messages. After 8 months of having the phone is wasn't holding its charge. I sent it in and at&t gave me a new phone. Six months...

The threaded text messages are very nice. I like how you can talk on the phone and text at the same thing. I am a big multitasker! The keyboard is very nice to text on since i have small hands.

There is no flash on the camera. The memory is really bad too. I have to have a sd card to hold everything. The phone freezes when you try to delete messages.
