To be fair this isnt a BAD phone but for £350 you expect it to be a bit sturdier with it being plastic and so slimply built it breaks EASILY. The amount of battery covers ive had to buy can only be estimated its that many and between £5-10 a piece they...

Samsung's Tocco Ultra is the first mobile we've seen with an OLED display.
Amazing picture quality and an above-average camera in a sturdy, well-designed package - but it's let down by its poor battery life.

Can't choose between touchscreen and keypad? You don't have to
Great screen; strong camera; GPS built-in

Does the Samsung Tocco Ultra S8300 meet Sandra's high expectations?
As the flagship 2009 handset from Samsung, I expected the Tocco Ultra S8300 to be something really special. In some respects, I got it. The superb screen, fine build quality and number-pad/touchscreen combi are all big plus points. But there are a fair...

The Samsung Tocco Ultra is a big bundle of features packed into a sexy silhouette, crowned with a stunning AMOLED touchscreen. The user interface isn't as easy to use as it could have been, but it's flexible and fun to customise, thanks to the widgets...
Dazzling AMOLED screen ; 8-megapixel camera with bright dual LED lights ; Great desktop syncing software ; Slim design ; Customisable home screen with widgets
Unintuitive user interface ; Confusing soft keyboard ; Touchscreen could be snappier
With so much going on, we found the Tocco Ultra's user interface slightly fiddly, and it isn't the easiest phone to use. But we're willing to learn for a phone with this much power and the good looks to match

The Samsung Tocco Ultra Edition
Vibrant and colourful screen ; Sound quality is superb ; Camera takes amazing pictures ; Huge amount of photography options ; Sleek design, nice feel in the hand
Poor text input ; No 3.5mm jack ; Low-power browser ; Slightly sluggish at times ; Widgets are sometimes irritating to use ; Touchscreen can sometimes be unresponsive ; Low amount of storage on board and in box for a multimedia handset
The front three keys, call / terminate and a back button, are well-placed; however we can't help but feel that the central key, which is in the middle of a small diamond frame, should have been a direction key as well allowing navigation around the...
