The phone is pretty similar to my old Samsung A707, so learning how to use it wasn't an issue. The phone seems rugged enough, it does have the same issue as the a707 where the front display only stays on for a couple of seconds.

This is a great phone. The only problem I have is that the front display does not show Day, Date and Month. When I called technical support they say that this is software problem for Rugby phone and they are working on it.
