Samsung Propel review

The name might not indicate it, but the Samsung Propel is one of the latest in a line of AT&T messaging phones (the Pantech Matrix is another one), perhaps as a response to the recent text messaging craze that is sweeping the nation. Equipped with a...

The Samsung Propel has a slim design and comes with a slew of multimedia and 3G offerings.

The Samsung Propel has a rather flat navigation array and the keyboard felt cramped. We were also disappointed by the lackluster display.

The Samsung Propel has an impressive high-end feature set, but we were disappointed by its design.

Samsung Propel Review

The Samsung Propel offers a sliding keyboard, camera, and 3G antenna in a compact form factor. This AT&T-powered phone is web enabled with a full keyboard to make messaging easier, but it's undoubtedly an entry-level device.

QWERTY keyboard ; 3G coverage ; Novel form factor

So-so camera ; Proprietary headset ; Menus lack some logic in some places.

Quickly glancing at AT&T’s wireless online site, there are easily over 40 phones in the same price range as the Propel. Considering the range of selection and features, it is hard to say that the Propel is the right phone for anyone. Users shouldn’t...

Samsung Propel Review - AT&T Phone Reviews by Mobile Tech Review

If the 2008 US mobile phone market belongs to touch screen giants like the iPhone 3G, HTC Diamond, Samsung Instinct and Samsung Omnia, the 2008 holiday shopping season belongs to full QWERTY phones. With Verizon offering the Blitz, Sprint offering the...

Good keyboard with effective backlight. Phone has lots of internal memory to store music and messages and the microSD card slot plays nicely with high capacity cards. Video Share support is a plus for users who enjoy the service ;

GPS needs a little tweaking. CV doesn't have good quality

I ordered this phone recently, and my battery won't last long at all, to the point it seems there's something wrong with it.

Samsung Propel

The Samsung Propel is a good phone with a good design. It is easy to use and has lots of options and controls to customize your settings. The call quality and volume is awesome. The only thing that makes me unhappy is the battery life. The battery...

Samsung 767 Propel

The Samsung is a good phone but I think there too many steps you have go through to get to where you want to go. I don't like having to unlock the phone lock the keyboard everytime I need to use it. That's a real headache for me. There is no way to...

Samsung Propel is okay.

Overall, this is an okay phone. The keypad is pretty tiny, but you get used to it. There's a lot of space for texting. You can have over 200 messages in your inbox before you have to worry about deleting them to clear up space. Personally I hate...
