Samsung Juke (Music Phones Under $50)

The Samsung Juke lacks 3G data support but the Samsung Juke has other features you'll enjoy.

Despite its lack of 3G, the Juke is one of our favorite budget music phones because of its reliable call quality and 2GB of internal memory.

Samsung Juke SCH-u470

Verizon's Samsung Juke combines a cute music player with a cell phone.

Cute, unusual design. Seamless compatibility with Windows Media Player.

Average call quality. Lacks a 3.5mm headset jack.

Samsung Juke SCH-u470

Verizon Wireless' entry-level music phone offers good sound for the price, but its swivel design makes it a pain to use.

Good music quality for the price ; Transferring music from a PC is quick and easy ; Slim, lightweight form factor

The swivel lid and display appear upside down when the phone is closed ; You can control media playback only when the phone is closed ; Occasionally buggy software ; Mediocre voice quality

Samsung Juke review:

When we first saw the Samsung Juke SCH-U740, we weren't sure if it was a cell phone or an MP3 player. Its shape is reminiscent of the lipstick design of the Nokia 7380 , but unlike the 7380, the Juke has a swivel hinge that swings the phone open to...

The Samsung Juke SCH-U740 is a sexy, fashionable phone with an unusual design. It has an easy-to-use mechanical scroll wheel, plus features such as a built-in music player.

The Samsung Juke SCH-U740 is sadly lacking in features, with no 3G or V Cast support and no expandable memory slot. There's no video camera, plus it has a few annoying design flaws such as slick buttons and the need to turn the phone upside down to...

The Samsung Juke SCH-U740 is a very stylish phone that will turn heads when you're out on the town, but its lack of features ultimately disappoints.

Samsung Juke

When we first saw the Samsung Juke, we pegged it immediately: It's an MP3 player with cell phone functionality. That's exactly what it is, making this cell phone a great choice for people who want a decent MP3 player that can also place calls. As such,...

Samsung Juke Review

The Juke has clearly been designed for the under-20 demographic, looking for an inexpensive MP3 player that is also capable of being used as a phone. The swivel form-factor is truly unique and sets its self apart from any other phone available from...

Samsung Juke - Phone Reviews by Mobile Tech Review

For those who think regular feature phones are too big, Verizon and Samsung have an answer for you: The Juke (u470) by Samsung. Not much bigger than a stick of gum, the 2.82 ounce Juke's merits lie in good call quality and a great music experience. The...

The Juke is a stand-out phone that doesn’t have many competitors. If “tiny”, “stylish” and “weekend phone” are the endearing features you are searching for in a phone, then consider the Juke as it takes these characteristics to the extreme. Good call...

Samsung SCH-U470-Juke Red

The Samsung Juke for Verizon is a cool little phone that makes calls, plays music, and tucks away almost unnoticed in a pocket or purse.  Featuring two gigabytes of built-in storage, a front-mounted scroll wheel for navigating through your music...
