O2 XDA Orbit

A sleek new version of an HTC Windows smartphone with GPS and free Co-Pilot software, is the Orbit one of the great all-rounders?

Built-in GPS. Great sat-nav software

Slow processor. Awkward memory location

O2 XDA Orbit Review

Matt recently did an unbox video of the O2 XDA Orbit and asked me if I would like to review it for him. Naturally I jumped at the chance to play with a Windows Mobile device with built in GPS! The O2 XDA Orbit is the O2 version of the...

The 2 megapixel camera is about average for HTC – not great(!) but they are improving, both in terms of quality, and the software included to take photos. The standard phone services are also just that – standard. Quality and signal strength seemed...

O2 Xda Orbit

O2 has come up trumps with its Xda Orbit, a Windows Mobile Pocket PC that includes bundled sat nav among its stratospheric features list.…

With built-in GPS you don't need an external antenna and the CoPilot software is one of the best available

The lack of 3G capabilities detracts from its all-round goodness

The Xda Orbit is a well-specced Pocket PC that has almost everything you could need in a smartphone.

Fully-integrated satnav system, Touchscreen smartphone, Wi-Fi connectivity

No 3G, Camera lacks autofocus, No typewriter keyboard

O2 XDA Orbit

my xda has spent the last two years falling off tables, scuttling down the pavement and being bounced around in a tractor. amazingly it still works perfect! what looks like a fragile piece of gadgetry is in fact a robust tool which has all the features...

O2 XDA Orbit

I got this phone on contract and it has served me well. The phone is a good business phone and it is in a class of its own. Thought the co-pilot that comes with it look a bit complicated than the tom-tom software because it does not re-route on time....
