Nokia 7610

With Nokia slow on the multimedia take up, it seems that the Finnish company is finally starting to bring out handsets that not only provide function, but also have a stylish edge to them. The 7610, the latest to be released in the UK is unassuming in...

Stylish, compact fully functioning media phone, send to printer direct from the phone

Keyboard is a little awkward to use. Heavy pixellation on video playback

The only problems we found were the lack of volume buttons on the side and the wild keypad. Other than that, it's all here and far better looking than the Nokia 6600 , but with all the power and functionality. With Rankin tied in to the advertising...

Nokia 7610

Nokia 7610 smartphone is remarkable by the fact that it has the features of stylish fashion models with high technical performance, but is targeted at a sufficiently large audience. The design of Nokia 7610 charms: rounded corners, drop-shaped body,...

Nokia - 7610

Some phones from Nokia seem to happen to have digital cameras built in. The cameras get mentioned among a barrage of other features. Not so the 7610, whose camera is its key selling point. You can ...

The Nokia 7610 is a nice phone. The hardware design is different enough to be eye-catching yet it remains very usable. The camera is certainly sophisticated, but not good enough to replace a digital camera for anything except the odd snapshot. The...

Nokia 7610. Capabilities of the megapixel camera

Nokia 7610 is the first device equipped with megapixel camera in Nokia's product line. What are the differences from rival phones? The matrix here has the resolution of 1megapixel exactly, not 1.2 or 1.3. So we can say that Nokia 7610 became the first...

A separate application is responsible for taking photos and recording video, it happened for the first time - a special program had to be run for those functions earlier. There are not very many items for processing photos in the menu. The most...

Nokia 7610

The Nokia 7610 is a nice looking phone, with unconventional curves and a white and grey styling that will appeal to many phone connoisseurs. It has a ...

Nice design, good screen, fun software, great camera

Unconventional keypad design; no shielding for camera

A nice design, good software and a great camera make this a very good pick if you're seeking a phone with a bit more but don't want to carry around a full PDA.

Nokia 7610 (AT&T) review

Nokia 7610 Nokia's new 7610 smart phone set the wireless world abuzz with word of its megapixel camera, its Bluetooth support, and its slick Symbian operating system. But once we got our hands on the eye-catching handset, the 7610 felt a bit big and...

Beautiful display; megapixel camera; speakerphone; Bluetooth support; 64MB RS-MMC card; solid battery life.

Relatively big and heavy; awkward keypad layout; weak camera options; no infrared port; no dedicated camera or volume controls.

We had sky-high expectations for Nokia's new megapixel 7610 camera phone, but its lackluster features drag it back down to earth.

Nokia 7610 (as smart phone)

The Nokia 7610 is smart and fun, offering the only 1-megapixel camera in our roundup.

One-megapixel camera. Symbian OS third-party software available. Cool styling.

No flash for camera. Oddball memory card format. No hardware volume control.

For something more serious, the Sendo X (with out-of-the-box e-mail syncing) and Nokia 6620 (with EDGE) are better options. But for working fun, the Nokia 7610, with its stellar camera and cool looks, is a sure hit.

Camera Phones Go Megapixel

New phones offer more features and higher-resolution images, but don't ditch your stand-alone camera.

Nokia 7610 review: The first megapixel

Nokia 7610 is the first Nokia camera phone with a megapixel resolution. It looks cool, has a bunch of memory and unexpectedly many applications in the basic set. Nokia 7610 is a mid-big and mid-heavy phone standing alongside to the usual handsets but...

Nokia has designed the most important features of its smartphones on the Series 60 platform, hence the ground for the new mobile is equal to the Nokia 7650, the first model for example. In contrast to Nokia 6600, which we consider as the predecessor,...

Nokia 7610

Come for the looks. Stay for the camera. That could be the come-on line for the Nokia 7610. The 7610 is part of the first wave of one-megapixel cameraphones to hit our shores, and if you're serious about using the camera in your phone, you should...
