Nokia 5200 review

Nokia is spreading its music mobile message to the masses

Compact slider design ; MP3 player with card memory ; Stereo FM radio onboard

VGA camera ; Small onboard memory ; Small display

A decent entry-level music phone, but it could do with a bit more substance to go with the style

Nokia 5200

Music phones are nothing new these days and almost everything from mid-range upwards will have some kind of MP3 or digital music player onboard. However, dedicated music phones like this one are really starting to emerge as a force to be reckoned with

Compact slider design, MP3 player with card memory, Stereo FM radio onboard

VGA camera, Small onboard memory, Small display

A decent entry-level music phone, but it could do with a bit more substance to go with the style

Nokia 5200 Review

By the look of it, the phone will surely attract young people with ages between 14 and 20. That's something new from the Finnish giant manufacturer, thus Nokia will be able to meet the demands of a new segment of customers. Both design and features are...

Design comes first and maybe the price. You can use it as an iPod if you don't like phones:). It doesn't have any new or incredible features, but it does its job. It's the ideal solution for music freaks with low budget

Well, for its price, I can't point out the weaker points of this handset, it wouldn't be right. It's worth exactly its price, so it's normal to include lower features than usual. Anyway, I don't know about the material ... plastic. Hmm, it's pure...

Review Of The Nokia 5200: Low-cost and it shows... but some nice things too

The Nokia 5200 could be a fairly good low-price cell phone, especially given its nice sound and call quality. Most "cons" listed here are bearable but the camera bug is a real turn-off. Unless you absolutely don't need the camera feature, wait until...

Nokia 5300 and 5200

The Nokia 5200 is clearly an inferior device to the 5300, and at just â'¬50 less in price, it's not much cheaper. Most contract customers will probably end up going for the 5300.

plays music very loud and clear

Sadly, this phone does not have any newer features such as 3G but it does have the basics such as internet, camera and music player. The camera, unfortunately is only just over 1.0 megapixel and so the picture quality is not that good. However, it pl...

a good, fun-looking phone, but broke too easily

A good phone for the price. Includes things like bluetooth and camera options. Slide out feature feels solid and hasn't broken for me in the few years I've had it.However dropping it resulted in a blue sunspot screen - without even cracking the g...
