Nokia 2100 GSM Phone Review

With this new model of an untypical serial number Nokia enters a budgetmarket sector. Before that the company had no cheap GSM phones becausethe popular 3xxx series belongs to a middle class and its models have arespective price in the beginning.

Nokia 2100

Nokia increased its phone line and introduced a new 2000 series, which united the cheapest low-end phone from Nokia. New number was given to underline the difference from 3000 series, which contained phones of large dimensions and traditional shape....

A power on/off key is placed in the top of the phone, it also can be used to change a profile in the stand-by mode. The key is rather tight, but you don't need to use often

Nokia 2100

The Nokia 2100 is the latest incarnation of Nokia's low-end phone, and it raises the bar on what is expected from a simple voice/text mobile.

Nokia 2100

The new and refreshing look of the 2100 by Nokia is certainly welcomed by me, as I feel very strongly about the overuse of the 3300-series footprint for several models up to this date. Being relatively smaller in size and retaining the same features,...

It does a decent job of calling others and I have to say, it does it pretty well. I was a tad disappointed that it came with very few features.

its cheap and does exactly what a phone is meant to do-call people.

It makes my friends laugh at me, because it's so old and has very few features

The Nokia 2100 was my first mobile phone, and as people upgraded to their new and fancy phones that did this and that, I never even cared because this phone was so easy to use and did everything I wanted without complicating things. It is really a...

A great phone, very durable, easy to use, nice screen backlight, good features-- nothing unnecessary like with newer phones.

After years of use, the battery started to die-- though this WAS after much, much use.

This phone is a good worker and is great if you just want a phone for answering and making phone calls. It has quite a few features and has great reception.

While this does not look like the most sexy and stylish phones out there, it is a great phone that has good reception and quite a few different features. If you are looking for a basic phone that will be used for answering calls and doing text messages...

It is very basic.

One of my first mobile phones was the Nokia 2100 and it really is a great, simple and easy to use phone. These phones do not cost a lot of money and while they are not featuring all the whizz bang features you can get these days, they are still a great...

Affordable and long lasting phone. Works great and will last for a while.

It does not feature a lot of modern features that many mobile phones do, but it does the job.

The best thing about this oldie is that the battery lasts for ages, probably because it doesn't have unecessary features. It works well on the basics of phoning and sms'ing - the keypad is easy to use and sound quality is good. It also has a loud...

Excellent battery life, simple no nonsense features, good sound quality, easy to see screen in sunlight
