Motorola Quench review

Touted as an alternative to Motorola's Dext and Backflip smartphones, the Motorola Quench offers all the features and benefits of the Google Android operating system and Motorola's MotoBlur software in a handset that doesn't have a physical keyboard....

Though MotoBlur's limitations are still evident in this smartphone, the Motorola Quench possesses a better design than similar handsets. This Google Android handset has some nifty integrated features and it represents excellent value at this price.

Motorola QUENCH

One of the main features of the QUENCH and its related handsets is the integration into the MOTOBLUR service, which makes social networking simpler and allows for seamless data synchronisation between devices and locations. MOTOBLUR is really aimed at...

Motorola Quench, surprisingly good for an entry-level

Motorola proves that “entry-level” doesn't always mean “junk”

It’s one of the slowest of the bunch in terms of launching apps and rendering web pages, but the general menus don’t feel sluggish. The 3.1in display is barely big enough to type on, but Motorola has pre-installed Swype – which lets you drag your...

Actually a Cliq XT

Newegg needs to update this listing. I am currently awaiting a resolution from customer service as I have an AT&T SIM and not being able to connect to 3G is a deal breaker for me.

This is a decent phone for this price range. Good camera, speedy UI. Would have been nice if Motorola followed through with the upgrade to 2.1, but there are ways around it

This listing is very inaccurate. The phone is actually a Cliq XT which runs on the T-Mobile 3G bands, not the Quench. The phones are basically identical, with different radios, which is actually kind of a big deal. This phone will not connect to AT&T...
