LG VX8700 (Verizon Wireless) review: LG VX8700 (Verizon Wireless)

LG VX8700

The LG VX8700 has a stunning and attractive stainless-steel design. It also has impressive multimedia features, and the call quality was great.

The LG VX8700 has a flat keypad and lacks external music player controls, and the microSD card slot is inconveniently located behind the battery. The VX8700 does not come with a USB cable or a microSD card, so there are additional costs to reap the...

The LG VX8700 is a gorgeous phone with plenty of multimedia features that are sure to please if you can get past its design flaws. Also, the need to purchase additional accessories can be a pain.

LG VX8700

The shiny LG VX8700 improves Verizon's images.

Pretty. 2-megapixel camera. Good reception.

Quiet speakerphone. Camera could be better in low light.

LG VX8700

What's thin, supershiny, and ultrastylish? No, it's not one of the silver Razrs. It's the LG VX8700. This cell phone is definitely a looker, and its beauty isn't limited to its exterior. Flip open the phone and you'll see a bright, gorgeous display....

LG VX8700 Preview

Overall we consider the VX8700 a good upgrade from the VX8600. The metal body, 2MP Camera, and QVGA are all welcome improvements. However, the call quality, speakerphone, and MP3 playback was not as good as the enV, A990, or older VX8300.

LG VX8700 Mobile Phone Review and Prices

Design is an important feature of the LG VX8700, and those seeking style will be considerably elated with this phone. Exceptionally sleek with a thickness of only one-half inch, the phone can fit comfortably in a shirt or jeans pocket. And because of...

Stylish design, thin, excellent camera, great reception

LG VX8700 Shine

If phones were cars, LG would be a Mercedes, or a Lexus, or perhaps an Acura. Sleek, powerful, with head-turning looks and the processing speed to back it up. Thank you for putting up with that analogy. As a former LG Shine owner, I have many fond...

LG VX8700 Review

With its sleek, brushed metal body and 2.0-megapixel camera and camcorder, the VX8700 is LG's answer to Motorola's KRZR K1, where the focus is on sexy, minimalist design and sharp, printable quality photos

LG's VX8700 is a smart, sleek phone that can compete with the thin Motorola models when it comes to style. Simple lines are pleasing to the eye, if the location of music controls inside irks some people who appreciate them on the external face of the...

LG VX8700 - Phone Reviews by Mobile Tech Review

Call it the Verizon Shine, since the LG VX8700 is a member of LG's Shine Black Label Series of phones. That's right, the GSM, mirrored KE970 Shine isn't alone, there are actually 5 phones in the series, with the Korean version of the phone we're...

Great looks, slim, good build quality. Strong 2MP camera that takes pleasing still shots and decent QVGA video at 15 fps. Excellent voice quality ;

MicroSD card slot is under the battery. Keypad is board-flat and hard to press with little tactile feedback

it has a good camera, great call quality, good Bluetooth performance including A2DP and good overall response times. In terms of both features and looks, it's serious competition for the Motorola RAZR maxx. We like most everything about this phone...
