LG GS170 (T-Mobile)

The LG GS170 is a good choice for T-Mobile users looking for a simple phone with good voice quality, but who aren't interested in any additional features.

Fantastic call quality. Simple. Inexpensive.

Poor multimedia features. No voice dialing. No 3G.

Multimedia, Camera, and Conclusions The GS170 only comes with 64MB of internal memory, with no support for any other storage, which limits your multimedia possibilities considerably. While the phone is supposed to play a number of music file formats,...

LG GS170 - red (T-Mobile) review: LG GS170 - red (T-Mobile)

The LG GS170 has a compact and slim design, and the call quality is very good. It's also very affordable.

The LG GS170 has no real music player, and photo quality is poor.

The LG GS170 doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but it works as a good and affordable entry-level phone for T-Mobile.

"Inexpensive starter phone."

I have one year left in my contract and not looking forward to no reception in my house. Supplier has no solution.

Works around town.

Does not work in my house.

LG GS170 (T-Mobile)

Hard to hear incoming calls unless everything is quiet, the flip cover is hard to open, it's too narrow to open fast, the speaker sounds like the called person is too close to their phone. Miss my Sammie 229, but the battery wouldn't last.
