LG Chocolate 3 VX8560

The LG Chocolate 3 has pretty much everything you'd want in a midrange Verizon phone.

Solid performance. Big screens and keys. Supports Rhapsody music.

Underreports reception. Calendar doesn't offer syncing options. Speakerphone doesn't work with flip closed.

Verizon Wireless LG Chocolate 3

The new clamshell version of LG's flagship music phone sports an FM transmitter and Rhapsody integration.

FM transmitter ; Good call quality ; Fun Flash Cast interface ; Large, functional external display ; 3.5mm audio jack

Mediocre Web experience ; Tinny speakers ; FM transmitter doesn't work with VZ Navigator

Unlike the standard Verizon Wireless menu system, the Chocolate 3's user interface has a bit of pizzazz. Nine icons inside the main menu give access to your Contacts, Games, Media Center, Messages, My Music, Recent Calls, Settings, V CAST Video, and VZ...

LG Chocolate 3 Cell Phone Review

The LG Chocolate 3 is an update to a popular music-oriented phone on Verizon's network that now packs in even more internal storage than its predecessor.  However, it's now a flip phone instead of the slick slider style of its predecessors, rendering...

It's easy enough to make a call on the Chocolate 3 using its keypad, although it requires very firm presses and it clicks louder than we'd like. Or, you can dial a contact using its voice dialing software that works very well to select a contact by...

LG Chocolate 3 - Phone Reviews by Mobile Tech Review

After two generations of slider Chocolate phones (Chocolate VX8500 and Chocolate 2 VX8550), LG has switched gears and introduced the third generation Chocolate as a flip phone replete with multimedia features that include access to the brand new...

Very slim and light flip phone. Great GPS performance. Audio through headsets is excellent. Huge music library to buy music from and you can play them on more phones ;

The camera needs work

The LG Chocolate 3 is a worthy upgrade, especially for those who had issues with the touch controls on prior generation Chocolates. But beyond that, the new Chocolate phone has GPS that works well with VZ Navigator, 1 gig of storage internally with...
