Lenovo A1000

Speaking of features, the tablet 's inclusion of Dolby Digital audio enhancement is its one possible saving grace. It's geared toward audiophiles, but due to its headphones -only functionality and a lack of user-friendly integration, it's not as easily...

The Lenovo IdeaTab A1000's Dolby Digital audio enhancement features make almost any pair of headphones sound great, and the microSD expansion slot is a welcome addition.

The tablet's screen is unfashionably low-res, with washed out color and narrow viewing angles. Graphics-heavy games chug something awful, apps sometimes stutter when launched, and Netflix video doesn't play.

The Lenovo IdeaTab A1000 is a meek 7-inch tablet that cuts far too many corners to reach its budget price.

bought this unit basically as an ereader and I think it serves that function well enough. have had some issues of low memory and freeze so you have to keep yourself aware of your memory limits. there are some workarounds but if you need to go there,...

short on memory. not sure what lenovo had in mind when they built this model. at 8 gigs and after android apps, there really isn't much room left for other apps

Inexpensive, High quality Android Tablet

I am very happy with this purchase. I watched a number of reviews on this tablet to get a feel for what to expect, and I wasn't surprised at all with what I listed in the cons section. The display looks crisp to me, but I'm not a big HD enthusiast. The...

Very good Lenovo build quality ; Responsive touch screen ; Beautiful IPS display ; Not too much bloatware ; Inexpensive as a refurb ($44.99) ; Great battery life

Screen isn't technically hd (by 100 pixels or so) ; Can be a bit jerky because of the dated hardware/android package
