Kyocera Rise (Virgin Mobile)


If you need a physical keyboard, the Kyocera Rise for Virgin Mobile will suffice, but you can get a much better phone if you're willing to drop it.

Solid QWERTY keyboard. Good battery life.

Lackluster display. Poor camera. Bulky.

Virgin Differences and Conclusions This is the same phone as the Kyocera Rise we reviewed over on Sprint . It gains half a star here because Virgin doesn't have the same diverse collection of keyboarded smartphones to choose from that Sprint does.

Great phone for the price


I had a touch only smartphone and I liked it but I decided to go back to a phone with an actual qwerty keypad and I could not be happier. I am a heavy user, I text and email a lot and this phone great for both!. Good Value!
