Disappointing camera. Made from cheap-feeling materials. Poor battery life and sluggish performance. Plus it's way too expensive.

It's too early to give a verdict on the Kodak Ektra but it has a lot of potential, especially at a cheaper price point compared to flagship phones. We certainly like the unique design so we're looking forward to testing it out properly.

Still, from what I've seen so far, the Kodak Ektra is definitely one to watch. I just had Google's superb Pixel phone in for testing, which easily has the best smartphone camera I've seen this year, so it will be interesting to see how the Ektra...

The Kodak Ektra certainly looks fantastic in all those glossy online marketing shots, but in reality it doesn't quite live up to its promise, either as a camera or a smartphone.
