BLU Win HD LTE (Unlocked)

The BLU Win HD LTE is a very rare dual-SIM Windows phone for the U.S. market.

Dual-SIM. LTE support. Colorful. Low cost.

Only has the most basic LTE bands.

We'll have a full review of the BLU Win HD LTE soon. That said, we recommend holding off on buying any Windows phone until we know more about the Windows Mobile 10 lineup coming from Microsoft in October.

BLU Win HD (Unlocked)

The BLU Win HD's lack of LTE and poor camera performance may deter some, but it's the best sub-$200 unlocked Windows phone we've tested so far.

Inexpensive. Striking looks. Good display for the price. Dual SIM-capable.

Lacks LTE. Poor camera performance.

Battery and Conclusion In our tests, the BLU Win HD's 1,950mAh battery helped the phone stream a YouTube video over AT&T's HSPA +21 network for 3 hours, 32 minutes, which is better than the Moto G's comparatively poor 2 hours, 26 minutes.

BLU Win HD LTE

BLU Win HD LTE Smartphone was launched in November 2015, comes with a 5-inch IPS LCD Capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels at a pixel density of 294 pixels per inch. The screen is not protected by a Scratch Resistant display.
