Acer Betouch E130 smartphone

Decent design, but it has to make do with Android 1.6

Decent touchscreen performance, good qwerty keypad, stylish looks, reasonable price

Flimsy back cover, small screen not great for browsing, basic camera

of candy bar handset designs, you're probably also disappointed at the lack of Android smartphones available in this format. Acer's here to save the day, though, with its forthcoming Betouch E130.

Acer mixes the form factor of the BlackBerry with the power of an Android.

Good connectivity, great form-factor and awesome battery life

Small resistive screen, older version of Android and slow performance

Next to the trackball, you have six buttons- the call and end buttons are full height and easy to press but the remaining four buttons- home, back, menu and search can get accidentally pressed because of their small size.
