I agree with all the bad reviews. The only positive thing I can say is that mine did not break the first time I used it. It broke the 4th time I used it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

The blender works fine. Biggest problem. Unable to remove the cutting blades, so unable to clean under the blades. Gets really smelly under the blades. Build up of bacteria causes food poisoning. Threw this item out for this reason.

I Received this as a gift and certainly glad I didn't pay for it....absolute rubbish ! I made simple tomato soup from book as a trial and it burned the bottom which is impossible to clean....stick to the saucepan I say !!!

Only used twice and put away never to see the light again. This product can't even blend a simple gravy. The blade just spins and the ingredients just sit around the bottom. Obviously JO didn't road test this product!
