I love this microwave - it is reliable and compliments my stainless steel kitchen. It is easy to use and had some really handy menu options. I have never had problems with previous LG microwaves, so that is why I purchased this one.

I bought this model from a retail store. Broke on the 4th use. Total run time: Less then 10 minutes. Smell of burnt wires. As others stated can't see inside, the glass is completely darkened. I would not recommend.

Our Lg microwave died after two years. Same problem with magnatron going bad. I think that a microwave should last more than two years. LG won't do anything after normal 1 year warranty period. As for Consumer reports, I wouldn't rely on their tests...

I purchased this from harvey norman on sale. I am happy with the price on this. This microwave is only good in a ventilated area. Instructions are to keep 20cm space all around including on top of appliance. Cooks well, plenty of space
