Windows 7 downgrade is not true Windows 7.

 

The downgrade has the look and feel of 7, but it's not 7. It's cheapened. Built in applications crash constantly. Drivers for external USB devices have to be reinstalled every time one is plugged in again. Driver installation for one USB ports always...

HORRIBLE!!

 

I ordered this for work use directly from HP. com. I recieved it via FedEx. Not even two days later, the dispaly goes black. I can plug it into an external monitor to see what i was doing. I called tech support, they told me they couldn't do anything....

Still getting to know and use all features. Great size screen, cd/dvd drive, Love backlight keyboard since I've used a HP Elitebook 850 for work, hard drive is more than I need but just what I wanted all for under a grand.

Great computer but lacks touchscreen

 

I was all excited to get my customized computer until it arrived and I was disappointed the promised touch screen was not on the computer. That's the whole purpose I customized it. It is lightweight and it works very well.
