Logitech diNovo Edge Keyboard

By Andy Vandervell (trustedreviews.com)

The best looking keyboard in the world, but is it the best?

There’s a great deal to love about his keyboard: it’s good looking, has loads of media functionality and is great for general use. The only real concern is the price which, even at the discounted £105, is still a steep for a keyboard. As a living room...

The 'world's most advanced keyboard' finally hits our shores

Pros: Extremely slim and stylish, beautifully responsive, built-in touchpad Cons: Very expensive, no numeric keypad Overall: Although not quite as suited to the casual user, the Edge is great to use and is on of the most stylish keyboards on the market...

Logitech diNovo Edge

By Vincent Alzieu (digitalversus.com)

This rechargeable keyboard comes with its own docking station. That means that you need to get into the habit of sliding the keyboard into its case when you're finished with it at the end of the day to make sure it's ready and waiting for you the next...

Stylish design ; Built-in mouse features on the small touchpad ; Works at distances of up to 20 metres ; Typing is pleasant and quiet ; Bluetooth dongle included, but many PCs already come equipped

Supplied Bluetooth dongle only works with this keyboard ; No numeric keypad ; Touchpad in an awkward position ; The docking station should be redesigned to allow typing to continue while the keyboard is charging

We would have liked to have been able to use this as our regular keyboard, rather than just for controlling a Media Centre. That would have been easier to justify if the touchpad was in a better place and if a numeric keypad had been included.

As you can see in the photos above, though, it's just about possible to keep typing with the keyboard balanced in the dock, but Logitech might easily have envisaged that some users would manage to exhaust the batteries and want to keep working. If you...

The DiNovo Edge's classy styling will certainly impress, but in comparison with alternatives like the excellent Logitech MX3200 it lacks some of the dedicated controls and a numeric keypad. As a style solution it succeeds hands down, but in doing so...

Logitech's new keyboard, touted as 'world's most advanced'

There's no doubt that the Logitech Dinovo Edge is a supremely stylish keyboard that's very nice to use. Whether casual users can justify paying this much is another question - there are other, albeit less attractive, alternatives around that offer more...

Nice design, comfortable, looks fantastic, touchpad, touch-sensitive volume control, illuminated controls

Price, no Caps Lock light, hidden controls can't stay illuminated

The diNovo Edge is an excellent keyboard overall, but its hefty asking price isn't justified. If you're prepared to pay for style, then you won't be disappointed.

Logitech diNovo Edge Review

By Brandon King (digitaltrends.com)

Award: EDITORS' CHOICE

Just when we thought that Logitech had taken the keyboard to the penultimate design level with its DiNovo Desktop series, along comes the DiNovo Edge. Not only is the Edge the most stunning keyboard we've seen, it is also a well-thought-out and durable...

Slim and beautiful design; Bluetooth; light-up indicators; recharging dock

Keys are not backlit; slightly intrusive wrist rest; expensive

The DiNovo Edge is undeniably chic, the range is great, and it provides every function you could ask for in a keyboard.
