Sounds great, Nice design, HDMI support

Only HDMI support for video, Not great for music

If you have HDMI capable devices at home and don't mind being without analogue connections, the Sony HTSF1000 might be a good choice, offering great sound and a stylish design.

Very good looking design. Very good set of features. Easy set-up with the supplied microphone.

Top volume is lower than expected on DVD source and is only just acceptable - as many others have commented.

The sound quality is great, the ability to control other Sony products from the one remote really good and the look and feel is classy.

Manuals are unclear watch out for the Digital Coax connection for sound from a DVD, I didn't spot it and it tokk me three days to get sound from DVD's

Integrates very well with all my other sony products, Playstation, DVD recorder, LCD TV and Sony laptop. Very good quality product.
