These are mostly used for a "Contact Center" environment. We use these in conjunction with the Nortel Networks NTDU92 phones.
Excellent clarity, the mic picks of every word as if you were right infront of the customer!
This is partially a con, the mic is so sensitive that is picks up every keystroke and the conversations from others talking in the same room.

I've been using the headset for a few weeks now and I'm pretty happy with it. People seem to be able to hear me pretty well, I can hear them fine and they seem to be pretty sturdy and will, hopefully, last me a long time. I think they were a good...

Great product used with SOTA 8400
I've used a lot of headsets in my profession and this is by far my favorite. I use it with the Plantronics SOTA 8400 because I like to stick with the same brand when connecting electronics where possible. Overall, great product in general, unbelievable...
