Bang & Olufsen A8 Earphones

This week, Pocket-lint is gearing up for the ski season with plenty of gadgets to keep you kitted out on the slopes. If you're a skier or boarder and you can't bear to be parted from your tunes, then you'll be needing some earphones that don't fall out...

Good audio, slick design, adjustable, lightweight

High price

The B&O A8 earphones are designed to be robust and flexible and that's certainly the case, thanks to the solid build quality and various adjustable elements. While the earphones are not necessarily designed for sport, they are fairly secure, making...

B&O A8 review

The Danish design heroes have turned their deft hands to in-ear headphones. But are they pretty on the inside?

Brilliant sound, great looks and a premium marque – but what’s really amazing is the reasonable price

Bang & Olufsen A8 Earphones

The original and still the best, the Bang & Olufsen A8 Earphones sound good and look great, but if you're looking for an exciting result these aren't for you.

Uncharacteristically inexpensive ; Balanced sound ; Premium build and looks

Uncomfortable fit ; Not suited to bass fiends

The real clincher for music fans is the price: they're AU$70 cheaper than the Creative set. If out-and-out detail isn't your main goal, and you're looking for a smooth-sounding headphone that's not outrageously expensive then the Bang & Olufsen A8 is a...

Bang & Olufsen A8 Headphones Review

When my wife drags me to the mall, I take the opportunity to visit our Apple Store. While the Gadgeteer Kid ‘tests' the floor iMacs, I look around for review-worthy technology to potentially play with. During these times, I have fondled the Bang &...

Very well made ; Excellent build materials ; Engineered for the active user ; Three way adjust-ability ; Great sounding/well balanced listening experience

Review: MacWireless 200 Mbps Powerline Network Adapter

The Powerline Network Adapter may not be the most price-effective way to extend a home network, but in homes where there's a lot of Wi-Fi interference, or where there's a long distance between your router and a desired area for Internet access, power...

The next step is to go to the room where you want network access, and plug another Powerline into an available power outlet. (I plugged the Powerline into an outlet in a home office where my Wi-Fi signal doesn’t reach.) Connect an Ethernet cable...

Bang & Olufsen A8 Earphones

Excelent sound quality. Linear, crisp and detailed. the only weak point is in deeper frequencies like below 60Hz. This is probably why they said it sounded a bit "fizzy". But make sure to use good quality mp3 to extract the best of the A8(preferably...
