Good BBQ

le Joes. You can adjust them to tighten the spring but doesn't last long and I ended up with a gap at the back allowing heat to escape. I tried going through warranty as they give a 5 years on all metal parts. BBQ's galore said they will send someone...

ect slow cooking roasts. Pizza on a stone. Steady constant temperatures. I've done a 7 hr pork roast that fell apart & caused a friend to go and buy a Kamado the next day. They are expensive at around $1000.00 but I get so much use out of the purchase...
