A lovely bit of kit. Looks great, nice size screen to watch the tv on. The sat nav might not be as good as a tom tom etc but its not the same price as a tom tom would be with the same spec.

The Mio Navman Spirit V735 TV sat-nav kills two birds with one stone.
At first glance, Mio's Navman Spirit V735 TV could seem like a desperate attempt to grab headlines, or even a potentially dangerous new way for drivers to distract their attention from the road. But it would make a lot of sense for some types of...
If you're off on holiday in your camper van, it will help you get to your destination and then provide some evening or rainy-day entertainment when you get there. Best of all, it costs under £300, which is relatively competitive for a premium...

The main benefit that the Spirit V735 TV has over the Spirit Flat, the Spirit 500 and other models is that it includes a built-in TV tuner offering Freeview channels and an EPG. It's a great bonus for people who are always on the move. With a 7''...
Built-in TV ; Great graphics on gorgeous 7'' screen ; Innovative Slide Touch interface (but still room for improvement) ; Easy to use
Very large ; Slow in some areas ; Slide Touch interface needs perfecting (we preferred to turn it off) ; Text-to-speech a little artificial ; No Bluetooth, so fewer features available
Both a portable television and a GPS, the Mio Moov V735V TV is an impressive hybrid. Its large 7'' screen makes it easy to use, but that makes it bulky and hard to carry with you everywhere. It's a shame there's no Bluetooth, which holds it back a...
That said, the TV works very well and is this GPS' main selling point.

The Mio Moov Spirit V735 is the first satellite navigation system to include a built-in Freeview TV tuner. The idea is an interesting one, there has certainly been convergence in the electronics industry of late, with devices serving multiple...

Who wants gadgets these days without that delicious smattering of convergence? Certainly not Mio Navman, who's Spirit V735 TV is the first sat–nav to come crammed to its 7–inch gills with a Freeview TV tuner. Gogglebox ogling doesn't stop there, with a...
Freeview tuner works well when stationary, free traffic updates
Navman maps sluggish, Freeview tuner doesn't work on the move
A novel approach to sat–nav, but with a few mapping and TV kinks that need ironing out
And, of course, it'll help you get from A to B courtesy of 3D junction views, up–to–date traffic news, lane guidance and even handy city guides.

The Mio Navman Spirit V735 TV is the world's first satnav with a Freeview TV tuner built in. That means you'll be able to watch digital TV on the seven-inch screen, and you can even playback videos, music and pictures via a microSD slot. It being a...
Park yourself up in a lay-by, pull out the aerial and the TV tuner excels. Pictures look ace on the spacious screen, switching between channels is easy, and there's even an EPG to show you what's on. Should you feel like actually using it as a satnav...
There's no getting round the fact that when you're moving at speed, the Freeview reception is appalling. That's good if you're alone, but bad if you need it to keep the kids quiet in the back. And Navman's mapping software is still sluggish and a pain...
Mio would have done better to concentrate on wider video and media support. Don't get us wrong: the Mio Navman Spirit V735 TV is beautiful, slim and the Freeview works well when parked, but how much time do you spend sitting stationary in your car?...
