Its looks ; its performance ; its ease of cleaning and maintenance ; product support (apparently as I haven't actually needed it but if it lives up to the promise, it will be good)

This model is great for smaller kitchens. It fits on the corner of my worktop and doesn't intrude at all.

As yet I have not found any.

I have never had something like this- so for me (a mum of a 2 & 4 year old) it was a God-sent! I love how easy it is to chop, mix, blend. Still getting familiar with it, but use it every opportunity I can:) Very compact- I keep it out all the time!

I have a dishwasher, so cleaning is fairly easy...but it does take a lot of space up!
