The replacement blade arrived on time and was easy to install using a small screwdriver on the bottom of the unit to hold the motor while removing the old blade.

I love this hand blender, it makes perfect soup. Only 4 stars because the plug that came with it was in my opinion of inferior quality, and after a short while just broke and I had to replace it.

If you are a duffer at making short pastry try it in one of these processors, although you do need to use the correct ingredients like real lard and some margarine, Purrrrfect pastry and I'm a duffer.
