Kobo Book Reader Aura HD

A somewhat different book reader in that the shape of this near 7inch offering is more like a book with the bulge in the middle makes it easier to hold. It also has a backlight when lack of daylight means you need it.

Ereader comes with a 1440x1080 resolution display for sharp text and images

High quality E Ink display, ergonomically and aesthetically pleasing design, broad file types and image types support, fastest Kobo ereader yet

Still not as responsive as we'd like, touch commands can be sluggish at times

The Kobo Aura HD is by far one of the best ereaders we have used. Text is generally clean without pixilation and appears sharp and clean both in standard and backlit modes, making it pleasing to read.
