The only real downside is that large serving spoons/fish slices don't really fit in it. In my opinion the top rack could be slightly better designed but is very serviceable. I don't really use the knife rack, but it can easily be removed.

It has foldable plate racks on top and bottom shelves, which helps to maximise the space available.

Hasn't got any major bad points, but I would like the door to have a catch that needed to be released before you opened it, rather than just pulling the door open.
