This is a nice step-up from the D80 in megapixels and the fact that it is the first DSLR with video. Also good for its anti-vibration lens (VR) and its immediate ease of use. You can move from Auto setting to various shooting modes very quickly.
The video mode has only mono sound and requires manual focusing.
