Sony DSC W610

Sony DSC W63078/100

Low price tag, sweep panorama mode

Picture quality

The Sony Cybershot DSC W610 is a cheap and cheerful digital camera. The main attractions are its price tag and ease of use. To be honest even taking its price tag into account picture quality is a bit disappointing.

A below-average product of Sony

A below-average product of Sony

Compact size, battery endu rance, multiple memory card compatibility

Blurry images, VGA Video i s poor, Vibration alert, Not Carl Zeiss

The only unmatched specialty about Sony is the fact that they give a three year warranty on all their cameras. I previously had a 6MP DSC S series camera which was quite good in terms of picture quality. Even if I set the picture resolution to VGA...

I reccomended this camera to my sister. She wanted a good camera that came in a variety of colors. She got what she was hoping for. The pics are good quality, smile shutter is very handy, and she loves to take lots of video. You have to set up the zoom...

Very Disappointed

This camera is a big disappointment. First indication was the very flimsy battery/memory card door/cover. There is no display mode for date/time even though this info must be entered on start-up (has to be entered later). No adjustment for resolution,...

Attractive, light weight

Instruction manual hard to read (tiny print)

worst camera I ever bought

I've always had Sony cameras, but this one is terrible.. most of my pictures were blury. especially the ones taken in low light. I'll return it for sure!!!! Waste of my money on that one.

only good with day light

if a little dark, the photos are bad

Works for me

This camera is great for the small foot print, but in order to have images that are not blurry you must hold it very still when shooting. This can be a little tough if you are wanting to take many candid images quickly. Overall though, I like the...
