It’ll do the trick for more casual daytime shooting, although the screen doesn’t flip out as it does on many lesser cameras. To be fair – you’d look pretty silly shooting selfies with the Nikon D810.

Rather than look at the D810 like a small upgrade to the D800, we've been impressed with what this camera can do. So much that we consider it to be Nikon's best DSLR camera.

It may not have every trendy feature under the sun, but there's no arguing with the Nikon D810's superb performance and image quality.

Nikon will make the D810 available from 26th July, with the body-only model due to cost £2,700. We don't have a price for a kit yet, but expect to see a variety of deals available.
