Great and cheap

I own this phone for 2 years, batteries were going dead so I went to buy new batteries and it was almost $30 for 3 of them, so I just bought the whole phone system again for $39 better deal plus I now have the 4th handset to use

Cheap, works great

Batteries are not great

A bit shabby.

I wish the range were longer, so that the phones could be used outside. However, they can go anywhere in my two story, four bedroom home.

You can set up the two secondary phones any place with an electrical socket

After a year of use, the re-chargeable batteries are not what they used to be. Where the phones could once go hours without needing to be re-charged, they now can't go sixty minutes

Cheap, Three Handsets, 5.8 Ghz

Weak range, not so well build, Volumen too low even at max, for a 5.8 Ghz Range is not that good

Piece of Junk

It's on a 5.8 GHz frequency and that's supposed to count for a lot. Answering system work well

The range is terrible. I have a three story townhome and have the central receiver setup on the second floor. I can't use any handset outside of a 50 foot range. Just one floor up and right above the receiver and the call will either drop or be...

Not so hot

If you had a small enough area (for 3 phones) it probably would be ok, I would NOT buy it again. I'm waiting for it to die (might have to drop it in H20 like I did the last phone.)

Good sound, compact size, light weight, pleasing appearance

Nope..cannot walk down the hall and into my bedroom without loosing connection..don't even think about going past the doorframe to out side

GE 28031EE3 5.8 GHz Digital FHSS 3X Handsets Cordless Phone Integrated Answering Machine

I sent these back after 1 day, I would have kept them if the volume could have been turned up more. You shouldn't have to put it on Speaker just to hear your calling Party

Has a lot of Bells and Whistles

Can't turn the volume up loud enough to hear the person you're speaking to

Very reliable, no problems in 6 years

Purchased the two handset version in February 2009. (From the GoodGuys). Replaced the batteries in both in late 2014. Good range even outside in our large yard. I use a headset cable attached to the phones (for hands-free) used for up to an hour (or...

Unreliable

goes flat. There are also times when we dial a number and the phone will turn off, despite being fully charged (having been on the charger for the required 7 hours). It constantly loses connection to the base, even in the middle of calls, so we have to...

Great phone - easy to set up and reliable

Our old Telstra cordless phones have been dying a slow death so replaced these with the Panasonic KX-TG4392 based on reviews on this site. Far easier to use and more reliable than the Telstra units. Reception is great and we can use them outside no...

Ease of set-up and great reception

Nothing so far
