Had hope, was disappointed

Many handsets, base has speakerphone, talking caller ID

Base speakerphone is horrible, have to be sitting on top of it and I'm told it's choppy. Handset speakerphones are "OK" but many times I go to switch from using the phone to speakerphone and when I press speakerphone, the handset dies. DIES, DROPS THE...

Panasonic KX-TG9344T 1.9 GHz Digital DECT 6.0 4X Handsets Expandable Phone System

Very happy with this purchase, especially through Newegg!

Good clarity and range

Handsets are a bit small for my hands, but perfect for my wife

Almost perfect?

I understand that the Caller ID information is sent after the first ring, so why can't phones just remain silent until the information is received? Like, make the first ring silent, and then after the caller ID information comes in, THEN make noise. It...

Only 1 phone line connection needed. Perfect for homes that were design and/or wired by the mentally challenged. Boasts the "call block" feature that the other phones either don't support, or simply fail to advertise. Centralized address book means you...

A house full of handsets all ring loudly before caller ID information is received, and before it can process its "block call" feature. First ring should be silent, and then every ring after that should be heard. Every handset defaults to its annoying...

Wall Mount Bracket Not Included

Great phones that will outlast the life of the batteries, highly durable, lots of great features (including the voice caller ID)

Although the product says wall mountable, it does NOT include the bracket required to mount the unit on the wall. This is an additional $2-3 with shipping ($7-$8) another $10-12 total

clear and long distance signal

I used a Panasonic set before so functionality was familiar. Great system, very clear voice on both ends

Pricier than many

Great Digital Phone

I Highly recommend this phone to the older folks, because of its easy to read display and the talking caller ID. you can tell who is calling even without your glasses on. This is great if you are already in bed, and calls come in that are not important.

I Love This Phone. I grabbed the 5 handset model on sale and I like it much better than the other Panasonic I had. It has a bright white display with large characters, instead of the amber, small print one, and the menu is much easier to use. If you...

The intercom is 4 pushes down on the menu button, instead of having it's own button, but that's no big deal. the rest of the menus are very easy to figure out and use without even consulting the manual

Does what it should

I bought it specifically for the frequency, I was setting up a home network and read interferance was a possibility, and I'm happy to report there is none.

Sound quality is one of, or the best I've heard on a cordless phone, many of which are hard to understand the caller on. No problem on reception on the distances I've tested it on so far and a nice loud ringer. Good battery life, I've had people call...

Sometimes a conversation will start out with an echo that goes away after a few seconds

Easy setup; good range

We have owned a more expensive Panasonic 2-line system, but it cost 3+ times as much. You get what you pay for, but the KX-TG9344T is a true bargain considering our needs.

Very easy setup right our of the box. Range is impressive. We use one extension in a metal barn 150' away with no interference. Transfers are simple; love the "verbal" caller ID. Just what I expected

Main gripe is lack of user friendly menus for more advanced settings. Keep the manual handy. Would be nice to have 8 rather than 6 handset capacity

Generally Good

With so many handsets, the ability to put one on the wall (kitchen) would have been nice. I run 5.x Ghz full 802.11n and an extra access point at 2.x Ghz for b/g and have no issues with my wireless or phone. On occassion I hear a noise which sounds...

Compact. Clear display. Adding an entry to the phonebook is available to all handsets immediately (shared phonebook). Does not interfere with existing wireless

Wall mounts not are an extra cost for the base/handsets. Charging indicator is on all the time when on the base. Clicking noise on occassion

Good Phone

A good quality cordless phone that excels in basic phone function, is loaded with most features you'd ever want, and is expandable

The most important aspect of a phone is good, clear call. this excels in that area. Calls are clear, no static, interference, or other sound problems. No interference with wireless network or other electronics. Feature set is rich - and actually more...

Mostly superficial issues. The light on the top of the phone to indicate charging, incoming calls, etc. is too bright to use near a bed unless you need a searc beacon. Talking caller ID is cloying and I disabled after 2 days of use
