After about 2 weeks use the phone buzzes and it's hard to hear anyone you trying to talk to. No refund available

It works very well over long distances and has a very clear and easy to read display

The volume does not really get high enough to hear during a call and I find that i have to switch to another phone just to hear the other peolpe on the phone, the ring tones built in are old and lame
